Bearing Housing Production Facilities

Bearing Housing Production Facilities Bearing Housing Production Facilities

Since 1984 when Bri-Mac was founded, each year our production facilities have grown and gained a wide variation of machines and tooling to manufacture any Bearing Housing challenge. We continue to invest in new machinery to remain one of the worlds leading Bearing Housing, Pillow Block and Plummer Block Suppliers.

Introducing Bri-Mac's wide range of machinery.

Bri-Mac have purchased a new Kiheung U1000 CNC machining centre. The rotating head enables us to have a forth axis allowing for more complex and faster machining of our Bearing Housings.

With a table length of 2.5m and height of 1.35m, It will keep us in the forefront of engineering expectations, and satisfy demanding applications.

Bri-Mac's second most recent purchase is the Haas SL-20, A high performance CNC lathe capable of greater speeds and quicker set-up time.

The turning section of our shop floor has seen major results with the addition of the Haas SL-20 handling the smaller work load.

The Cincinnati Sabre Tooth Machining Centre.

Bri-Mac needed a machine to relieve work from the Twin Pallet and handle the smaller and more simple work.

This addition has helped with our work load and shortens the production time of our Bearing Housings.

The Doosan, our mid-range lathe. Bri-Mac invested in this machine to help relieve some of the work load from our Cincinnati in the turning department.

This lathe handles our medium sized work and operates much faster compared to our old Cincinnati.

With faster rpm, faster tool changes and faster travis. Bri-Mac are proud to invest in machinery to help improve our production facilities.

Bri-Mac's Twin Pallet Vertical machining centre.

This machine has serviced Bri-Mac for over 20 years and still operates today milling, drilling and tapping our heavier duty Bearing Housings.

With dual tables and multiple tool holders, this machine can quickly change to a 2nd fixture and continue machining in no time at all.

One of Bri-Mac's oldest machines still  serving today and with over 25 years of  operation.

The Cincinnati can turn diameters up to  700mm and handles all of our heavy duty  work with ease.

Bri-Mac also use this machine to turn large  quantities of housings on special designed  fixtures and can withhold the tighest of  tolerances needed.

Bri-Mac's Stanko Borer, The very first machine bought by Bri-Mac back in 1984.

With almost 30 years of service to the company this machine has been the backbone of our production facilities.

After years of operation the Stanko is as strong as ever, still producing the finest Bearing Housing products for our high profile customers.
